LGL Consulting supports global educator recruitment with comprehensive screening, proven teacher retention, and year-round support for teachers. Educational Partners International (EPI), helps create a strong foundation for lasting impact in classrooms and communities. Educators participating in this exchange program with Carver Middle School come from countries, including Ghana, Jamaica, and the Philippines. Many administrators describe EPI as a trusted partner, consistently highlighting our professionalism, responsive communication, and the depth of experience our international educators bring to their schools. Beyond the classroom curriculum, EPI teachers lead cross-cultural activities (CXAs) that support EPI’s mission of promoting cultural understanding and an interconnected world through interactive events. As these biannual activities take place, administrators are encouraged to stay informed and engaged alongside their EPI teachers.

LGL Consulting was excited to present our first 2023 academic scholarship to a graduating senior!  The scholarship was presented at the 32nd Annual Arthur "Pappy" Kennedy Prayer Breakfast sponsored by the YMCA of Central Florida. The Breakfast celebrates the lives and legacies of civil rights pioneers Arthur "Pappy" Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King. Our student, Jaliza Almeida, is graduating from Oak Ridge High School. Jaliza plans on attending a Florida university with her first choice being, my Alma Mater, the University of Florida. Go Gators!
